Ag Manuals products are intangible goods that are digitally delivered, we therefore do not issue refunds once the order is placed and the product is delivered. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any items from our site. If there is a problem with one of the digital download products or if you experience any difficulty with its download, we will fix the problem.
We will honor requests for refund for the following reasons:
- the manual you downloaded was clearly not the manual stated at checkout (i.e the wrong manual file was associated with the manual purchased)
- if any of the add-ons are defected - CD (coming soon) doesn't have the correct manuals in it/ wrong manuals
