Complete specifications for the Massey Ferguson MF 135 tractor, transcribed from the specifications section of the factory operator's manual (Form No. 690 677 M3). The MF 135 is one of the most numerous utility tractors Massey Ferguson ever built, and this manual documents three different engines across two trim levels.

Two of those engines are gasoline: a 145 cu. in. four-cylinder in the Gas Deluxe and a smaller 134 cu. in. four in the Gas Special, differing in bore, stroke and compression. The third is the Diesel Deluxe, a 152.7 cu. in. three-cylinder unit at 18.5:1 compression with CAV injection. All three are governed to 2200 rpm no-load.

The Deluxe and Special distinction runs deeper than the engine. Deluxe tractors get a dual dry-disc clutch and a three-position PTO lever with ground-speed PTO; Special tractors get a single dry-disc clutch and a two-position lever with engine-speed PTO only.

2 Reproduced as printed. This is the only capacity row that does not convert cleanly: 10.2 U.S. gallons is 8.5 Imperial, not 8.3. The discrepancy is small, about 2 percent, and every other row in the table converts to within 1 percent. Note that 10.0 U.S. gallons would give exactly the printed 8.3 Imperial.
