Complete specifications for the Massey Ferguson MF 2135 tractor, transcribed from the specifications section of the factory operator's manual (Form No. 690 684 M1). The MF 2135 was offered with a choice of a Continental-derived 134 cu. in. gasoline engine (wet sleeve, 4-cylinder, 6.6:1) or a 152.7 cu. in. Perkins diesel (dry sleeve, 3-cylinder, 17.4:1) — the same displacement diesel found in the MF 135, MF 150 and MF 245, but at a higher compression ratio than any of them.

Two clutch and PTO control arrangements were offered: a dual dry-disc clutch with a three-position PTO control lever (engine-speed PTO, neutral, ground-speed PTO), or a single dry-disc clutch with a simpler two-position lever (engine-speed PTO, neutral). Transmission is a 6-speed Dual Range unit, and final drive is a spiral bevel gear with straddle-mounted pinion.
